Mango purée and pulp enquiries should connect product consistency with the intended aseptic filling duty. Variety, concentration and upstream refining can change fibre content and viscosity. Start with the actual purée specification and the formulation range the machine needs to handle.

Configuration priorities
What to specify for this duty.
01
Describe purée at the machine inlet
Include Brix, acidity, inlet temperature and viscosity measured under stated conditions. Explain the refining or screening stage and any remaining fibre or soft pieces. This helps distinguish smooth purée from pulp duties without relying on the fruit name as an equipment specification.
02
Define the quality and thermal basis
Identify colour, flavour and consistency targets alongside the established product process. Heating, holding and cooling must be selected together. The required thermal schedule belongs to the process authority; no universal treatment value is published for every mango formulation.
03
Connect to the existing filling step
State the filler type, outlet temperature and any aseptic buffer tank. The quotation should identify transfer piping, barriers and control signals. If you run several fruit purées, include changeover frequency and cleaning needs rather than sizing only for the mango product.
A useful first enquiry
Bring the product. We’ll discuss the equipment.
You do not need every value to start. Share what is known and identify what needs review. A clear product brief helps define configuration, included modules and the decisions that affect the quotation.
Purée Brix, pH and inlet temperature
Fibre profile and viscosity measurement
Nominal and minimum flow

Practical answers
Before you specify.
Is this a complete mango processing line?
This page covers the thermal-processing equipment. Washing, peeling, pulping and filling are separate supply decisions.
Can concentrated mango purée use the same configuration?
Concentration changes the product duty. Review viscosity, pressure drop, heat transfer and the intended operating range before confirming a shared configuration.
Discuss your equipment
From product requirements to a defined scope.
Send your product, target flow and packaging needs. The equipment quotation should identify what is included, what connects to your existing line and which process values still need confirmation.
Specify tube-in-tube sterilization for pumpable fruit concentrate. Compare Brix, temperature-dependent viscosity, heat duty, pressure drop and aseptic outlet needs.
Define nominal and minimum flow for tube-in-tube sterilizer sizing. Review product viscosity, holding, pressure drop, utilities and the downstream line balance.
