Equipment / configuration

One equipment family. Different product duties.

Choose a tube-in-tube sterilizer around the food you process, not a model name alone. The continuous equipment package combines product feed, indirect heating, defined holding, cooling and controls. The passage, pump and aseptic outlet depend on your formulation and the next step in your line.

Configuration priorities

What to specify for this duty.

01

Purée, paste and concentrate

For smooth or fibrous pumpable products, the starting point is viscosity at operating temperature, solids and fouling. Share your Brix range, inlet condition and quality target. The review connects product passage, heat-transfer area and pump pressure rather than assuming that every fruit product behaves alike.

02

Viscous and particulate duties

Thick sauce and products containing pieces need separate attention. Passage clearance, pump handling and residence-time behaviour influence the configuration. A larger tube alone does not prove that particles remain intact or receive the scheduled treatment. Compare the actual formulation and the complete product path.

03

The equipment supply boundary

Request a scope that identifies feed equipment, heating and cooling sections, holding assembly, control cabinet and instruments. State whether your existing CIP station, aseptic tank and filler are retained. Connection responsibility, utility condition and controls handshakes should be clear before ordering.

A useful first enquiry

Bring the product.
We’ll discuss the equipment.

You do not need every value to start. Share what is known and identify what needs review. A clear product brief helps define configuration, included modules and the decisions that affect the quotation.

  • Product, formulation and pH
  • Nominal flow and minimum operating flow
  • Viscosity, fibres and maximum particle dimensions
  • Required outlet condition and packaging system

Practical answers

Before you specify.

Are these different models?

They are application configurations of the tube-in-tube equipment family. Final hardware, capacity and options are defined in the quotation.

Can I use one machine for several products?

Share the full product range, changeover frequency and cleaning needs. The limiting formulation and operating range determine whether a common configuration is viable.

Discuss your equipment

From product requirements to a defined scope.

Send your product, target flow and packaging needs. The equipment quotation should identify what is included, what connects to your existing line and which process values still need confirmation.
