Draw the cleaning circuit

Include the vessel, pump, tube bank, valves, instruments, return line and drain points. Record which parts need opening or removal. A CIP connection does not establish coverage of every product-contact surface.

Record cleaning and verification

Use the agreed product residue, solution, temperature, supply/return flow, contact time and rinse endpoint. Retain the verification method and result. Do not copy a generic cleaning recipe to a different soil or material.

Record sterile preparation separately

Identify the downstream boundary, vent and condensate paths, sensors, completion criteria and permitted transition to product. A completed cleaning cycle is not proof of sterilization. The supplier and process authority should allocate the acceptance responsibilities.

Prepare the record and the equipment scope

Download the blank data sheet, scope matrix and RFQ checklist. Record missing values as unknown. The worksheet contains no measured results.
