Characterize the feed

Measure particle dimensions on three axes, size distribution, concentration, hardness and fibre length. Record the carrier viscosity and temperature. Name the product lot and how the test sample represents the intended production range.

Follow every restriction

Review the pump, valves, tube returns, holding path, diversion route and filler connection. The smallest geometric opening alone does not prove reliable passage: bridging, orientation, wear and breakage may change the result.

Measure recovery and condition

Collect inlet and outlet samples on a declared mass basis, inspect retained texture and account for retained or damaged pieces. A passage result is not proof that the coldest particle has received the required process; residence and thermal validation remain separate.

Prepare the record and the equipment scope

Download the blank data sheet, scope matrix and RFQ checklist. Record missing values as unknown. The worksheet contains no measured results.
