Continuous sterilization equipment
Tube-in-tube sterilization system
Inspect the continuous tube-in-tube sterilization system: product feed, indirect heating, holding, cooling, controls, cleaning and the aseptic transfer interface.
Sterilization / UHT evidence
Tie the actual product path, flow measurement and fastest-product assessment to the scheduled thermal process.
Record the holding-tube drawing, internal volume, valve configuration, instrument locations and any possible bypass. The nameplate, nominal volume and a display temperature do not by themselves establish minimum residence time.
The process authority should define the verification method for the product and geometry. Retain measured maximum flow, flowmeter method, rheology and particle conditions. An average volume/flow calculation is a preliminary check rather than a complete fastest-element validation.
Agree start-up permissives, diversion conditions, sensor failure response and restart rules. Test those functions with the agreed method and retain temperature, flow, valve state, alarms and time synchronization. Keep the schedule version and sign-off with the equipment record.
Download the blank data sheet, scope matrix and RFQ checklist. Record missing values as unknown. The worksheet contains no measured results.
